These studio apartments for University of Florida students are ideal those who want to live alone, while still being in the social environment provided by a residence hall. This studio apartment shares a bathroom with an adjoining apartment so the maximum use of this bathroom would be three residents. Windsor Hall’s Studio Apartments with shared bathrooms are significantly larger than traditional, on-campus single rooms, as they can range from 215 to 275 square feet, depending on floor plan and room assigned. Joint bath studios, with 230 square feet are also significantly larger than traditional singles at Hume Hall, Infinity Hall, Springs, and Lakeside. At Windsor Hall, every Studio Apartment comes furnished with a closet, bed, desk and chair, windows with blinds, and ceiling fan. All rooms include central air conditioning and plush carpeting. Limited wood floor upgrades are also available.

The attached bathroom includes a pedestal sink, a toilet, and a full-size bathtub and shower. The attached kitchenette features a sink with upper and lower cabinets, a fridge with a freezer, and a microwave.

Both freshmen and upperclassmen are eligible to live in the Studio Apartments offered at Windsor, and placement is guaranteed when you sign up.

There are three different studio apartments options at Windsor Hall, including the following:

• Private Bath Single
• The Extra-Large Private Bath Single

All of these Studio Apartments come fully furnished and include a captain’s bed with drawers, oversized closet, ceiling, window and blinds, a refrigerator and freezer, kitchen with upper and lower cabinetry, sink, and microwave. Room layouts and measurements vary by apartment. Availability is limited to first come first serve basis.
